  Tomorrow is the Vision. In practical terms, it is the Path to it. It is framed by Mind and Persistence. Actions and habits make it happen. It can be planned or simply followed, lived, enjoyed; or both. With an appropriate Focus, it is what increases the certainty of an output, based on Principles.

  The path is where Interactions happen that drive Value. Interactions simply materialize the reality of Time. Time is the direction towards which we gain Information ..

  Value management, or Value Creation management is the primary expertise of Private Equity. Therefore, it is always a good idea to have a deeper look at the Private Equity industry. Basically, there are 3 main pillars to manage Value Creation the best way:

1. Strategy (to make it simple but relevant as an example: choosing businesses, with a leading management team, that show a clear competitive advantage in a well-established market, with consolidation perspectives, through a profitable business model)

  Buy and Sell versus Value?

  There is the customer-perceived value concept in marketing or market value in business, assuming that if you buy something a price, you value it at least the price, or you would not buy. Though that’s not as simple as that in reality, it is the way it is looked at based on the fact that you gave power that way. Sometimes it may add much more value to you, and if it does for everybody it may be a really great business! In the extent it does it while generating profit, otherwise it would be a really bad business to do it while destroying value for itself ..
